[A] Charity auction, hosted by the Meeting o' Explorers!

Event: Charity market and auction.

Time/Date: 19:00-21:00 For the market portion. 21:00 onwards for the auction. Wednesday 10th February.

Locations: The market will take place at the Stormwind harbour, then the event will move to the gazebo behind the Cathedral to host the auction.

Details: A market will be hosted at the Stormwind harbour offering various goods, entertainment, ales and socialising. Anyone attending is welcome to pop up a stall and get involved. The Auction portion of the event will be held behind the Cathedral and contain a variety of IC and OOC goods for sale, should be a good deal of fun.

Apologies for the delay of final details, been a busy week or two. Guild invites were sent some time ago however. The above details have been shared ICly primarily, and will also be raised at this evenings council once more. All are welcome to pop along for any period of time, I understand various guilds may be busy, as is the case on any day to plan an event, here is hoping the extended time scale may allow for some early or latecomers. This will be the first in a series of fundraising events over the coming month or two, all open to community participation.

Well. What an event, from Centax having a butterfly painted on his face, to selling a giant bag of rocks to a rock loving dwarf. What a brilliant turn out. Thanks to everyone involved, across the server, the event even attracted some random players who seemingly hadn't roleplayed before. We had great fun hosting it, and hope those of you who got involved enjoyed what you took from it. Here's hoping our future events see a similar turn out across the server.
