Hello,
I am looking for a oldschool Blacksmith that still wield these great Plans to create the Enchanted Thorium Breastplace.

The Plans are no longer obtainable in game, it was a quest reward from a quest chain removed about about 2 expansions ago.
I have all the materials and will tip.
