A letter with a black seal with a two-headed bird is sent to Stormwind guard units leaders and the Ministry of Trade:
King's Honour,
on the tenth day of eleventh month, just after eleven bells, apprentice Littlepip of the Azure Flame has turned herself in and is now under arrest in a cell in the city barracks.
This letter is send to inform the leadership and the Ministry of Justice, to proceed with a suitable trial against Littlepip. Please, send any accusation that are hold against her to my office.

A letter with a black seal with a two-headed bird is sent to Stormwind guard units leaders and the Ministry of Defence:
King's Honour,
I've ordered the guards to cordon the old barracks, letting no one in or out without a written warrant.
The place is under influence of shadow magics with an evil being taking hold of the ruins.
Until a purging party is assembled the ruins are inaccessible.
