The Bloody Bones Tournament
The horn of battle booms once more!
Thirsting for blood and itching to make a name for yourself?
For the Horde's greatest champions are called to take part in the Bloody Bones tournament, a chance to test their mettle and magic against their like-minded opposition.
There will be no prizes here save for the pride earned for defeating those who stand before you, rend limb from limb, melt the flesh from their bones and be crowned Champion of Blood. (Disclaimer, we hold no responsibility for actual bodily harm for any and all participants.)
OOC
There are of course certain rules for participants.
1) No tank speccs
2) No healer speccs
3) Arena rules; so no cooldowns above 5 minutes, food flasks etc.
4) No stealth, or stealth-like effects for longer than 30 seconds, the crowd wish to be entertained not bored to death!
5) PvP gear only, keep your 570 ilevel away from the stomping grounds!
6) Expect Alliance gankers, so keep your blades sharp and your armour well oiled.
7) Once the games begin and you may not swap glyphs/specc
The location is to be the Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn Vale, provided those lovely trolls don't eat our insides first!
So if you're interested, whether you are part of a guild or solo feel free to reply on this thread, PM me or poke me on Mozrogg horde side in game.
The date will be Friday the 19th, September at 20:30 server time! (Date subject to change!)

Good luck with the event. Out of cheer curiosity tho, while only relevant to a degree. How come everyone uses the Gurubashi arena? Is it for the audience ring?
Why I'm asking is because there's so many other arenas that people could use but never do. Like the one in Nagrand or Blade's Edge, or hell even the one in Dire Maul?
While the Gurubashi arena is nice, it seems to be extremely popular simply for it being close rather than anything else.
(Note, I'm not saying you should change it. Just wondering.)
Why I'm asking is because there's so many other arenas that people could use but never do. Like the one in Nagrand or Blade's Edge, or hell even the one in Dire Maul?

Us Red Blades quite often use Nagrand arena actually!

Us Blood Wolves are currently at home in Booty Bay, just makes sense geographically for us, also allows us to get them pesky trolls involved without them leaving the comfort of their jungle

Due to IC reasons the tournament will now be held in the Circle of Blood (Blades Edge) Which will be acting as an ampitheatre within Booty Bay (Use your imagination people!)

Because a lot of the Horde guilds have basically just left Outland, would seem a bit derp ICly to say "Oh nope sorry you've gotta trudge back there again after only just leaving 2 nights ago"
and to my understanding, Booty Bay is a lot larger than it appears in game, it's the hub of Goblin activity, no doubt it would have casinos of sorts, whore houses, some form of battle arenas for entertainment etc, that's my opinion at least.

After the dust had settled there was one who stood above them all, Rashka proved her mettle and was honoured with the title 'Champion of Blood' as well as that she was also offered the opportunity to carry the Hordes' drum in times of war, (Monk op)
