Stormwind's market day

2nd of June 8pm at Stormwind's Dawrven district, near the fountain.

Any guild or individual in or out Stormwind can partisipate. I wish to see as much "ethnic color" as possible though.

Examples what you could do:
-You can be trader, selling exotic vares from far away lands(Tanaris salt, Jadeforest silks, Dalaran ink, you name it)
-You can be local craftsman, trying to hit the market big.
-Farmer selling either [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
-You can be bit of a crazy scientist, selling either (almost) safe gadgets/inventions or (non)drinkable healthy products such as whale oil oinment that "should" cure any illness
-Keep soupkitchen for hungry market visitors (be it [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ect.)
-You can be a fool, street artist, poet, actor, singer or what ever to bring entertainment to the masses.
-You can be begger, trying to get even one coin out of pity for next days meal
-Pickpocket   
-guard trying to keep order  
-noble person with his/her servants, looking down at pesants, while trying to find something expensive looking, to impress the peers at next party.

There will be contests of various sorts, such as Mr. Muscle, Inventor of the day, Most exotic item ever.

Also note: you can make GHI items to sell, if you wish.

IF you sell real ingame stuff:
-Crafters who sell ingame itmes price their items themselves. Their word is the law.
-Buyers need to buy theses items either with ingame real currency(no just emoting or GHI monney or I-owe-yous unless crafter really is ok with that) OR TRADE it with item the crafter will accept.

-IF you wish to sell other ingame stuff(drop items and such) it is totally reasonable to sell them with appropriate price.

NOTE: Even if you sell an item for real 1500g (if it's real epic and hard drop or something that you would normally ask 4500g at AH) or such, please rp it out it seems reasonable in game prices. No normal preson could afford such prices. I belive even nobles would be hard pressed for such amounts. Real prices can be talked thorugh /w

Interesting, might make use of GHI finally!

Afraid that The Crimson Rose won't have managed to do any real expeditions before the date, so we won't have anything noteworthy to sell, but i do look forward to the next possible market in the future, when we'd hopefully have exotic merchandise from far-away lands

As an extension of Thuros' [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] initiative, we of the Band of the Brave are making an effort to bring as many in-game items to this bazaar as we can.

So far, we've got a Tailor, Enchanter and a Blacksmith signed up to be there, with other wares available from our guild vault, like pygmy oil, speed, and invisibility potions and Scopes.

I think it's pretty safe to say Copper will be present, trying to sell minor trinkets and things she wouldn't normally get sold (like low quality rings she used for training)

Sorry, missed that. Let's just hope some people show up. Quite quiet at the moment.

And people came, had hour or two fun and GREAT CARNEVAl feeling to it. Thanks very much to artisans, crazy inventors and crafters of various types and brave bard who brought entertainment. Contests had also partisipation nicely.

As people seemed to like it, I will host also harvest market. And what is harvest market without drinking and eating contest, huh?
