Checking this out myself, just noticed it's new!

Any personal thoughts on the answers/questions, or something you'd like to one day ask?

The Kvaldir answer is fascinating.

As is the one for worgen kids.

The one about void creatures is not really news, but it lends legitimacy to voidwalker-warlocks doing something quite different from demonic summoning. That something is very different.

Well it also answered the question of where the DKs were at icc, being epic and amazing!  So epic and amazing yeah, we thought you should find out 100 years later... also no book.

The elves only hate us because jelly.  Also our faction leader is amazing and the Flappys are led by a patriarch who hates them all!

Fuck you blizz, you broke my heart and Mograine's! Im off to tamriel, o/

Can worgen reproduce naturally or only through a bite or blood? Would their child be a worgen or normal?

CDev Response: The worgen curse is exactly that: a curse. Its origins are rooted in the druidic "pack form" that was later altered by the Scythe of Elune. The end result is the worgen we see today, beings that can transmit their affliction to others via a single bite.

In theory, if two worgen were to mate and produce an offspring, that offspring would not be a worgen. The child would merely possess the genetic material of his or her parents, like any other child sans the curse.

this finally puts an end to one stupid line of RP.

Emilio Martinetti @CEMOTucu: What is the original Naaru name of the ship the orcs named Oshu'gun?

CDev Response: The name of this ancient vessel was once spoken only in hushed whispers amongst the draenei. It was a bitter reminder of the near genocide their race endured from orcish hands.

Now that time has begun to heal these grievous wounds, the draenei speak of the Genedar more openly amongst their allies.

Nice.

Also, that worgen answer is awesome.

Also happy to see it confirmed that voidwalkers are something separate from demons.

It's a fucking dreadful name. 'Genesar' would've sounded better, if we're going with the theme of Genesis (as opposed to Exodus), and still be basically the exact same.

Though they're still pretty evil, see Dimensius the All-Devouring.

Nathaniel Woods @Azekiel: Do half-dwarves (i.e. human and dwarven parentage) exist?

CDev Response: There are currently no half-dwarves in the lore, but anything is possible with magic!

Yeah, I was a bit baffled by the Worgen answer because it still doesn't really make sense. Though, ICly it's fair to say no one knows if the child will be cursed or not just yet.

But that magic thing, that's now my excuse for all the ridiculous things I plan on doing. Ty Blizzard for your scapegoat >Smile

Except that we do and the baby won't be afflicted.
It's not a virus or a disease, it's a curse. It's magic, it doesn't have to make sense. It plays by it's own rules.

No, we don't because of how little they've been around. The oldest child would be about three - tops. Which means parents would still be extremely anxious, other people would be wary and worgen babies would be a thing of worry.

Don't limit rp just because you've read a blue post. It'd be like walking around knowing Arthas' internal monologue and being all "He was a good guy, I played the WC3 campaign."

It seems more likely that the curse set the rules for transfer to be "Drink blood" or "Be bitten". Those would be the magical requirements the curse is bound by, and have nothing to do with blood.

I like this and Bashioks thinking.

Though far as "Anything" goes it might not be right fully, when taken into context with all the other magic stuff and so on. Like ressurections are a thing but they are a rare thing and not thrown out like candy like to our meatbags we play and stand in fire every now and then.

PS: Vaell, you're totally right, I hadn't looked at it from that angle yet. Of course it could be a legitimate concern for some parents, may they feel that is a good story for them to play through.  Cool
