Animations aren't stills. You're supposed to see them in motion.

He means those NPCs who dress/act like your own little questseeking, missmatch armour wearing aventurer.

Ah.

Well, we've had some fun NPCs like that in the past. Like those adventurers in Hillsbard. Those were an absolute hoot.

You look really sad. But I guess with everything that's happened to you in the last few months, it can be forgiven.

As for my Forsaken...The model update destroyed the character.

Notice how he suddenly looks alert, vigilant, dedicated; as opposed to frightened, silly and stupid. Either I'll have to rework his character to fit the face, or I'll have to pick another. I do hope they give us a free character rework, because such a drastic facechange is really impactful for roleplaying purposes. I guess with Thelos it can still work, since he's always had an air of melancholy about him, but Jean-Baptiste can't work with a face like that, at least not how I play him now.

....Thelos actually looks fatter then before.

Yup, just like with my undead priest. Some "high detailed" gear from Vanilla looks pretty jarring with new models. TBC probably has it's share of fugly stuff as well, but WoTLK shouldn't be too horrible anymore. My never-played orc DK.

Checking my characters on the WoWhead thing. Drustai isn't showing up yet, but my human characters are. Clothing isn't conforming to the new model very well.

I'm not impressed. The eyes are way too big.

Not to mention the supposed 'old' face is somehow looking less old than the original.

The original wasn't actually that old, it just looked it due to the harsh expression. It certainly wasn't as old as the two proper old faces. The new version keeps the lines around the mouth but removes the expression. Meh.
