Warlords raiding!

Starting next week the House is taking it's first steps into WoD raid content, starting at the bottom rung of the ladder, on normal mode, working our way through the content.
That said it's our intention to have 8 Yorians, to trigger a House run, but this also gives us the opportunity to take two additional people with us, so essentially this is an invitation to join us for raiding!
Interested? Read on for details, and we do hope to alternate between people (Guests) so even if you don't get in one week, we will bump you up the priority list for the following week.
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00
I.L; 710 (Enchanted / Including Quest Ring) Full conquest gear is the minimum Req
Supplies; Potions, Bandages, Food / Drink, Flasks.
Additional; Tents, Feasts. (Councillor to provide)

Much of this environment, can be waiting and not to be tiered by waiting, things continue to be in motion and voicing frustration at the delays, only causes more delays and saps morale.
Discipline
Frivolity is welcome and encouraged, but you need to understand when that time is, and when it's time to be focused and coordinated, to conduct your self in a manner befitting a Yorian.
Preparation
We must prepare accordingly to the environment we are moving into, this means equipment, supplies, and tactics, the House will do what it can to help you prepare, but do not expect to have your hand held.

Iskar took some doing, but we got there in the end! Helps that Centax had wings, must be why he flew to the top of the Damage meter.

Hey Zach. I'd be up for this, I've been looking to do either BRF Normal or Heroic for a while as I'm after the Pala transmog in there. I can bring either DPS, Healing or tanking to the field. Which ever you need.

For the record, we cleared Brf as well with 8 Yorians, but if needed, you can always /w one of us in game for mounting another group for this. A few of us are actually enjoying PVE, and some also need those raids for the legendary quest. It would be our pleasure to help you go there.

What lays ahead is world raid boss's , then HFC Heroic while we recruit and gear, once we are at least 16 Yorian raiders strong consistently, we can step up to Mythics, starting from HM, then BRF and finally HFC.
It's a long ways off, but once we are at the 16 point, we will be able to bring along a total of "4" Guests
Additionally the I.L. Req has gone up to 710 (Minimum of full conquest gear, basically)
This is the Req for joining us when we begin on HFC Heroic.
Once we step into Mythics, the I.L. Req will go up once more

Still in need of the pictures of last week House raiding, we can announce that the House is actually progressing on its 7th boss of Hellfire Citadel, Fel Lord Zakuun. All the lower citadel has fallen before us, and we're planning to get the upper one fall as well.
People in search for a wednesday night raid wiith the House can contact Azubel (Elthur Wildfury IC) or Tessalar for more informations.
