Help needed for secret event.

Greetings there, I'm looking for someone intelligent to create an event with. The person must be powerful and have experience with dark sorcery, not to forget that he/she isn't one of those stereotypical evil characters from cartoons that get caught every time, more like someone who is actually intelligent and uses what lies between their ears instead of his fist. A person with a goal is a plus especially if it is large like for example taking over the Stormwind council.

The person has to be online often and not only once a month.

The secret event / roleplay will involve a lot of Shadow and Light magic and hopefully no involvement from the Regiment or Disciples.
( Genre: Corruption, Shadow and Dark. To make it short. )
