my problem with MRP

People that use MRP will understand this.
It might be just because im dumb, but is there anyway i can extend/dropdown the box that says 'Currently'?

For me it's an important part to see this what people describe in here. Are they bleeding? Are they smoking a pipe. But It usually gets cut off because of it being too long. When I click the MRP icon on their portrait I still cant read the full text at 'Currently'

Can anyone help me with this?

Afraid there is no solution to that issue, as TRP and MRP disagrees on how much should be written in that field.

I've seen people with pretty long current fields with TRP. I'm a TRP user, but I don't tend to fill that field to the brim like others do.

Rather leave at least a little something to actual RP, y'know :p

I only use Currently to describe the immediate sight of what can be seen of Copper. Mostly due to her condition, I mean one arm and blind is pretty fucking easy to notice.

Exactly what it should be used for, yeah. Sadly this isn't the case for most currently sections.

Aye, short and precise is good. "Guarding his/her boss", "Smoking a pipe", "Coughing up blood", such things are acceptable to put in, which describes the actual current situation. Putting in 500 page stories in it isn't, though.

I usualy put stuff in there I won't bother repeating like visible injuries for example, or other stuff. I found MRP to not suit my needs very well. I've also noticed that MRP is more common on Horde than on Alliance which seems to prefer TRP, strange huh?

How doesn't MRP suit your needs?
It has a small current to show instant info. As well as a space for a bigger description.
The aviability to have a friendsliest (I believe). Select whos names you can see.
As well as show "RP" names in chat. Etc.

What is it lacking?

The current could be a tad bit bigger is all. I had that problem when I used it and it was somewhat annoying. Wouldn't need it too much bigger but now it is too small.

I think you can write like, fifty to a hundred letters in it.
"Broken arm" "Smoking a pipe" "Smells like sewage"

It's enough.

A problem with TRP that I have however, is that I can't even change my current anymore. If I change the information, the bottom window's pop up description for hovering over it pops up, and the save button doesn't light up at all. Meaning clicking doesn't do shit either. So I can't even change my current even if I wanted to.

Considering changing to MRP because of this.

That thing with TRP is simple, scroll down and it should light up. I found this out some time ago.

No, Stig. I -know- that already. I'm saying it doesn't fucking work.

Scroll down all the way doesn't matter at all for my problem.
Hell I can even stream it to you to show you directly that it doesn't work, at all. Equally I've noticed it doesn't save OOC information anymore either.

Edit: It's not like I'm a beginner at this. I know what I'm doing. For a while I could barely save because it would only highlight if I hovered at like a pixel of the top of the button. Now, not even that works.

Well, I am out of ideas then, sorry Copper. You do have 1019 right? If not update, it -SHOULD- work. If not perhaps MRP would be the best option.

I'm just gonna say fuck it and try delete the damn thing and download it again. It may have failed somewhere along the way with all my random bluescreens and became fucked up. If that doesn't work then this addon can frankly go suck it.

Yeah, still absolutely refuses to let me save. Just the OOC tooltip popping up on the side without highlighting the save function.

On MRP, you can actually stretch out the window if something like "currently" is written pretty lengthy.

You just hold the lower right corner and you can stretch out the window. :3

If you click the ooc window, press ctrl+x then click the 'current info' save instead, you can change it.
