Avast!
I was just as a side-standers role, but enjoyable regardless. Cheers for the organizer and all little helpers.

I'm sure you were sorely missed, with that attitude, too.

I did feel like I should have been doing more. Â Constructive suggestions on additional activities, etc, that could have been added are appreciated in case I ever try something like this again, was my first large/public event.
Also, hello Kittrina! *waves*

HI I am still lurking and things like this do make me miss rp a lot...but sadly the rest of the game is still...blech and I can't really justify the sub fee still.

That we did indeed! I think it was the biggest proper RP event we had for a looooong time! Not just the longterm campaign, but an actual RP even for the whole realm where it wasn't just about "WAR! MURDER! GRRR! KILL HORDES!" But actually just about kicking back, relaxing and having a great amount of fun! And that we had! I enjoyed all of the 'scares' both harmless and the more real ones! Great event Feral!Siaer wrote:For what it is worth, we had a blast

I enjoyed the event for the time I was able to stick about, I had to break my little "log on before my son is in bed" rule to catch a peek. All in all, a good event, good fun and a good night.

Was fun, but i more or less later on stayed at the sidelines. One thing i'd like to comment is that next time it might be better to spread it out over the entire district or to more inns, since i couldn't follow anything with the ton of spam.
But otherwise interesting and fun, so many people and that.

Re: [A] Hallow's End Masquerade Ball
The Elephant addon is much bigger than the normal chatframe (unless you make the normal bigger ofcourse), so if you're an average reader you should be able to keep up. I was able to keep up just fine and I read somewhat slow.siegmund wrote:Thanks i might check it out or not, heh. Splitting out-of-character channels and in-character channels also helps a lot, I've found.

Re: [A] Hallow's End Masquerade Ball
Oh yes, I was NOT expecting that many people, I couldn't keep up, myself xD I'd tried to split it between the grassy area, the Lamb and the crypts, as well as the balcony area, but even so I lost chat so many times, even with addons. I'd be hesitant to spread people out much more without actual IC "directors" for various areas or people might get (more) bored though.siegmund wrote:Was fun, but i more or less later on stayed at the sidelines. This was a great event. One of the better I've attended lately. And I think most of my guildies feel the same way.
