Under the Mask - Masquerade

Ladies and gentlemen.. Are you seeking excitement in your dull peasant life? Do you feel like helping those who most need it? If so..
... Then I have just the night for you. A night to remember.
What?
A truly unique mix of a charity event for the poor of our city with a right combination of a masquerade for our more wealthy citizens to enjoy.
Half of the profit earned from the event will be passed on directly to sources which will help to improve the lifestyle of the poor.
In return you will get an unforgettable evening which will be filled with entertainment, good food, satisfying drinks and the most charitable people in all of Stormwind.
Only persons with reserved chair will be allowed entry, so be sure to reserve yours as soon as possible. You will be provided with a certification of your chair upon the reservation.
You are also required a mask to hide your identity during the event, as that is the whole point of the masquerade.
Suitable clothing is also the expected from the participants and persons who show up inappropriate clothing may be removed from the premises.
All weaponry and magic are also prohibited and extremely frowned upon during the event. Anyone with a weapon in their possession will be removed from the area.
Anti-magic warding of some quality will also be provided to further secure the area.
When?
Saturday 19-07. Four hours before midnight. The event lasts for three hours or so. If you see this poster, that means the reservations for each chair is already on the way.
Waste no time if you want to secure yourself or your loved one the best possible place.
Where?
The extremely goodwilled Blackbrew Mercenaries have rented us the most exquisite Blue Recluse just for this night. The masquerade shall be held there.
Who?
Only the wealthiest, most charitable and the most esteemed are welcome. Meaning that all walking corpses are not welcome to ruin our party.
We have already taken measures to make sure that all the troublemakers will be removed from the premises with the greatest haste.
To enter our magnificent masquerade you either require a personal invitation or you need a certification of your reservation.
The reservations are being handled by the Stormwind Workers Unions chairman Davnan Chandelier who is available in The Shady Lady establishment.
Entertainment?
You bet. If the excellent atmosphere of our party is not enough for you, I'm glad to announce that there will be great entertainment provided.
There will be free socializing, an epic play/opera, speeches, eating the most unique foods the Eastern Kingdoms may provide us alongside the most expensive and most exquisite drinks.
I will hope to see many of you at the masquerade, for the good of our city.
- Reserving a seat:
- Hah! That's real simple. You just poke me either IC, via IC letter (I do have GHI) or you can just PM me on the forums. I'm available most of the time on Davnan.
To make it a bit more simpler to see what seats are available, I have this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. So you just decide what number(s) you want to reserve and you make the payment to me in exchange for the certification of your reservation. The VIP chairs go for one gold a piece and the normal ones for sixty silvers a piece. If you are intrested in finding out the difference between the chairs, feel free to inquire that aswell.

- Event will be held at 19-07-2014, starting from 20.00
- To participate you need to 1) have suitable clothing (no rags. dresses and suits) 2) a valid invitation or certification of your reservation 3) Either TRP description that you are wearing a masquerade mask or be actually wearing an actual WoW item as your mask. They are limited, so if decide to use one, you are risking to see a duplicate.
- The food/drink at the event will not be drugged or poisoned or anything like that. I got that question even when I was typing this thread, geez.
- The event is mostly free roleplaying with our staff serving out food and drink alongside a couple of smaller mini-events to keep people entertained.

Will see if i happen to free the day when this happens. Sounds like fun. Last Masquerade i attended sure was eventful with one giving childbirth, having a Noble die in a "honor duel" involving backstabbing, necromantic resurrections and hasty escape through portals, followed by a months long chase.

Well well, I do wonder how are we going to beat something like that... Ah well, we will do our best but sheesh. A noble duel to the death and all of that other stuff sounds quite hard to beat.
As a real sneaky bump, there's still plenty of normal seats to go around! Don't be shy, join up. If you dislike my character ICly, we can sort it out OOCly. It's a masquerade after all, won't be able to recognize my ugly mug.
PS. Bismack, the packet of gnoke has been taped underneath your seat.

Wooosh! All of the VIP seats are now gone! Tons and tons of the normal seats still left! We will be selling seats for 30 minutes after the start of the event but not after that! So still, if you want to avoid all the horrible queing up, speak to me before the event. So that means either come find Davnan IC or whisper me on my chracter, Davnan.
