Guildie has login issues

Hello, I'm posting this on behalf of a guildie from Wild Tempest (Nihilia ingame).

Basically, he says he is unable to log on his account, Thomsin, because it is locked for inactivity.
He tells me when he tries to log in, he gets a message saying 'incorrect or inactive username' and according to him he knows the password is right. Looking at the memberlist, the user Thomsin does seem to exist in there. Could some mod look into what is up here, and why doesn't the account work? Thanks!

I can't seem to find any issues. Ask him to try again, as I've added him to another members group. If that doesn't work (since I'm off again now) maybe another moderator can reset the password. Or in worst case, remove the account and remake it from scratch.

It still doesn't work, so he decided to make a new account and teh old one can be deleted. Thanks for the help either way!

hello. i am indeed the person spoken about here, but even after the modification made to the registration agenda, i'm still not eligible of posting anything outside here.
