doesnt*!!! Well, the point with that entire part is making something in GHI and then have a good laugh. If the majority thinks something other than potion/brewing is better, then I dont think there will be any problems in changing that.

Could be, although at the moment it seems to be potion making. But general inventions would indeed be better for the greater mass.

I got the impression of it being a general "Concoction" competition, rather than an Alchemy Contest.

Even if you make a potion that makes the drinker float up to the ceiling (Levitaaaate) or an elixer that rejuvinates hair growth (anywhere) , it might come second place to a perfectly innocent, home-brewed beverage that wonderfully describes through activated emote the textures and flavours that the imbiber might experience. ^^

Aye as Buran indicated it's about seeing how the rest of the Judge panel and audience react to the effects >=D

I might plan to brew something that randomly teleports the imbiber several miles from their current location - that way, if I have mine tested first by all the judges, I can win by default Wink

Wanted to ask, for the Duel part is there anything not allowed? Specs aside. Or same as it was on the Argent one.

Rule changes and clarifications:

Tanks and healers aren't allowed.
Crossbows are allowed in the archery contest, guns aren't.
We'll have a short discussion with archery participants at some point before the tournament and decide a small roll modifier based on their character background.
The potion-making contest is indeed general concoction: beverages, potions, explosive liquids and any other liquid substance are all valid entires.
Guild-sponsored contestants will compete against those not sponsored by a guild to make it more open.

Oh damn, forgot to reply to that. No eating/drinking during the duel, and no buffs that you can't give yourself.

Ok... What about bandages, flasks, potions? Probably no to all as well then.
