When is it?: Wednesday 27th March at 20:30 realmtime.

Where is it?: Mage Quarters, Undercity.

What is it?: In short, a gathering of magi/warlocks from the Horde RP community to discuss magical matters and network with one another. Aishling Silversun of the Crimson Imperium will be chairing - whilst discussion is intended to be free-flowing and candid, she will attempt to curb any direct hostility.

Who may attend?: Any mage or well-behaved warlock affiliated with the Horde. Suffice to say, Alliance magi won't find a warm reception.

Speaking points:
Bring your own topics for discussion as ever! Talking points might include:
- Proper introduction of the new chairlady - Just so everyone knows what they're up to and what to expect. (max 15 minutes)
- The Thunder King - The sin'dorei have started an assault on the island of the Zandalari, and the Thunder King. We'll discuss the possibilities on aiding the sin'dorei magically. The Shado-Pan have been invited to inform the Conclave.((OOC remark: It is safe to assume that Garrosh knows that the attack is taking place, but not that they are looking for a way to blackmail. So it's just a force stopping the Mogu, and possibly looking for artifacts)).(Max 45. minutes)
- Magical Defences of the Horde - Very small groups took part in checking the defences. The results will be discussed, and what we can recommend the Horde to change. (max. 1 hour)
- Titles of the Conclave - Alph'el Bloodwrath will inform the Conclave on his idea properly, in person or written to the chairlady. Bloodwrath suggested the conclave do this in a new way, and elevate people to a master-spellcrafter title of the horde. Not one of elves, not one of Kirin Tor, something new, and special to the horde.(max. 25 minutes. Possible assignments to the members)
- Your questions and suggestions - For those that want to inform the Conclave in person. (I want to take 15 minutes max. per question, if interesting enough it will be placed on the agenda for next week)

Time the event takes: Two and a half to three hours.

Dear Magistrix Silverun,

I hope you are well?

If possible at all, I would like to see the discussion on titles scrapped from the Agenda. After giving it some more thought, I've come to think it impractical. It is much more constructive for the conclave if all stand there as equals, under the guidance of the chair.

In addition I believe we have far more important issues to discuss then something as self-indulgent as titles.

First off thank you for having me, I really enjoyed myself Smile

Secondly the best dressed award certainly doesnt go to anyone at the meeting who was breathing.... and to be honest im quite shocked by the lack of effort made especially from the elves present.

But seriously it ws good fun and I think Valtor will make an effort to attend future meetings.
