I remember opposite day.. Was a scary yet fun experience.. Hmm ideas-.. What about wear clothes oppesite day? xD I'm bad at ideas.

I would suggest we all go to Dalaran, so both sides can get into maddness and minggle, without ganks.
The poisoned/drugged watter sounds good as well as faction/gender swap.

Because we would all be drugged, we could:
1. Think we have become other race human/orc (anyone has those hollowend masks? Or other means to change appearance...)
2. Think we are opposite sex and act according it.
3. Love our nemessis, hate friends
4. Love opposite faction(because 1 and 3) and get our heart broken
5 Go into religious rampage (Light, Shadow, Old Gods, you name it)
6. Or just go opposite with all it's possibilities. YOU HAVE BEEN DRUGGED, DAMN IT! GO MAD!

I don't really see how the Horde could benefit RPing with the alliance with the restrictions.

I wasn't here for last year's opposite day and I'd really like to do it! From what i heard within my guild, everyone loved it and thought it was fun! There will always be haters ^^

Well, I suppose another Opposite day could be done, although I think it may need some organization this time around so it doesn't become as ridiculous as it went last time, as I think the biggest headache for some people was the extreme over the top stuff, which went a bit too crazy and didn't really fit the theme of the day if we're gonna be completely honest.

I think the only part that annoyed me last year was that there was no RP to it, it was literally just a spectacle event. Hahaha, look at me I'm a Demon and I'm pretending to burn everything.

Sure, be the opposite of your characters normal self, but don't start throwing out the "Shoots you and you die" emotes. Heck, don't even attempt to fight, just be the opposite of your character.

Keep yourself grounded to the RP world even if just a little. You're a lighty? Good, be an evil nefarious Warlock who's secretly plotting the Legions return. You're a Darky? Good, preach the light. You're a warrior? Great, be a weakling little malnourished peasant. I think the only people who would actually struggle to RP something are the Druids and Shamoonies. Smart mages, strong warriors, sneaky rogues all have a counterpart.

Interesting twist to last year's opposite day would be if we were actually our own characters, as they are, just SOCIETY swapped. So as in, the official church of Stormwind is the Cathedral of Darkness. Law enforcement is outlawed. The city is ruled by criminals.

Sort of like everybody who is in power is now outpowered, everybody who used to be legal is now illegal etc. but still being actually the same chars.

I was under the impression that last year was more of a people swapping roles so thugs became law enforcement and lighties became cultists etc?

it was a general total opposite day so yes the minour things like that happend yes but also rolls of power also switched

...I just remember some warrior running around in pink clothes, riding a pink mount.

Opposite Day is now in effect. For anyone unaware what it is, people who do know, please enlighten them.
And do keep in mind that not everyone is going to want to participate in this or be aware of it. Be kind towards these folks, and don't force it down their throats.

Personally I'll probably sit it out, as due to circumstances yesterday, I have no characters I feel is eligible to RP for this. Even more so I just don't feel like it, but it's good if those that desires to do this, gets their fun out of it.
