Save The Royal Institution of Great Britain

British Citizens!
The Royal Institution of Great Britain is threatened by financial difficulties and boarding on selling it's headquarters. Sign the Petition asking the British Government to purchase the building and help save it.

Before anyone asks, no unfortunately it probably wont help in signing if you are not a British Citizen - or that is the impression that the article above gives and that the box asking if you are a British Citizen gives when you go to sign the petition.

Read the article. It is a part of, not only British history, but of the history of Science. It played host to the Christmas Lectures - some of the best resources for public understanding of Science there has ever been.
