Question... For the sake of improving response times why aren't all Moderators group Moderators for the avatar colours.
I mean for people like me that like to switch things up from Alliance to Horde depending on what my primary is, it's a liiiiiittle awkward to be Grey in the meantime whilst waiting.

No but seriously, as far as I'm aware you can only have one moderator for each group. With that said though, the Administrators can go in and check now and then, which I try to do. If it takes too long I suggest PMing the group moderator though since he/she might of forgotten to check it for a while
