Hello, just a question and / or request, as to know where to ask the mods to change one's username from red to possible blue, as i hold stronger ties with alliance then hord now days (sorry guys)

You can leave the Horde usergroup and join the Alliance (here: http://www.defiasrp.com/g115-alliance) group to change it yourself.

Any chance of removing the need for Group Moderators to approve change of 'groups'?

Seems like a pointless bit of extra work on your behalf if you ask me.

It's pretty needless for what should be open groups (I.E - factions) I agree. Not sure if it grants people certain forum rights in it's current form though.

I think if that is removed anyone can join the groups - as in even people that have registered but not made application (bots included).

Are all groups visible, or can you hide certain groups from certain other member groups?

What I'm thinking is that the registered cannot see other member groups until they have been accepted, and then they're moved into the 'Members' group once accepted, where they can then choose their desired group/colour.

On a similar matter, my username keeps changing colour? It's been all varieties over the last few weeks and now apparently it's in the 'registering' category. Is there something wrong with something, or is it all hunky dory?

Hm, not sure why that would be really. For now there is only the four colors though, so maybe that helps to solve it. Let us know if it jumps about like that again.

This should be sorted now. Since it is just for colors the group moderators may take some days inbetween checking who is applying. Usually it should get sorted rather quickly, if not you can prod the group moderator just to give them a heads up. Alas, I've accepted you now Smile
