I was in a bus accident this morning. I've been going by bus between my home city and the city I go to school in for atleast 1½ years, and this is the first time something happens along the way.
So, we were driving on a rather big country road (sorta) with only one lane - there was a truck infront of us and another bus behind us. The truck turns on his blinkers and slows down, even though there was no exit there. The driver in my bus hits the breaks rather harsly as he wasn't ready for it and the bus behind us was not even seeing the truck and couldn't hit the breaks in time. BAAM. It hits us in the rear and completely smashes the rearwindow of the bus and destroying the engine.

We had to sit in the bus for 2½ hours until the tow truck got there - and it was freezing cold.
Luckily, no one got injured or even bruised.

I hate buses. That sounds shit scary though, I've never been in any bus accidents, but once a guy up the back seat started screaming because he'd sat on a dirty junkie needle.

My tooth is driving me insane!! Can't sleep, and I'm actually crying from pain. Which is quite a rare happening. D:
Just phoned the dentist though, and got an appointment at 9.30. But that's like 2 hours away! And dentists are scary! Which is why it's gotten like this in the first place.. Because i hate them and never go to see them until it's really really necessary.

Never had this kind of toothache though. I'm seriously going mental. Hitting the walls and screaming and stuff. My poor dog thinks I've snapped. D:

Hurm, it feels weird knowing that my father, the englishman(and feels like an older brother) who has been with us for almost a year now and my brother will leave in two weeks.

My father has to go to Timor for a month... if not longer, the englishman will either go home for 3 weeks or stay on a ship for 2 months and my little brother will go to Australia...

And it feels so weird.

In other annoying news. Damn cold... >.<

Why can't the media behave like the fucking frisian ice-masters. Only start bothering about fucking Ice-skating When we actually have Ice
Instead of trying to get Three weeks projections solely to fuel up some craze about skating past some dilapidated cities...

But that's what they usually do! It's what the media is for! Well, the NOS is surprisingly quiet about it... apart from their weatheranchor... but still...

About two days ago, worst massive crash incident in swedish history occurs on a highway bridge, with DENSE fog and slippery roads due to ice. Dumbasses keep to the speed limits despite the visibility being zero, and over 100 vehicles gets involved in a major crash (surprisingly only one person who died).

An inquiry sent out soon after asked if people were going to change their behaviour in traffic after the crash, and 3% answered that it wasn't their problem. scratch

How the heck can it NOT be their problem if they risk their lives driving into dense fog on slippery roads at 110/120 kilometres per hour and possibly cause an accident matching the one from the other day?!

The date has been cancelled for the second time on row.

He claimed that he simply couldn't be with me because he couldn't bear the thought of leaving me in the Summer when he moves to Switzerland. This implies that he can see us being together until then, despite only having met once and having a few talks on Skype, which is somewhat romantic.

He concluded that we could never be together, and we bid our farewells. An hour later I receive a text message that we should forget about everything said that evening and turn over a fresh leaf. I agreed, and thought we'd still go on this date. No, he cancelled.

Consequently, I've postponed the next 'probable' date until next week Friday, claiming that I need time to think about it and focus on my exams.

I really cannot stand people toying with my feelings, but we're actually just two hopelessly romantic (wo)men. One believes that brief happiness won't be worthwhile, while the other just wants to go on a fucking date and see from there.

Thank you for the cup of tea and cake, dad. I love you.

I don't think you should bother if that is the way you are being treated.

Never let other people walk over you, a lesson many people learn the hard way.

If he is into you he will come for you, if not, then tough luck but moving on will only save you the trouble.

Following up on the Algeria attack I was at a crises centre today for family's effected by the Norwegians over there and we even had a representative from Stavanger come over on the fly to give out more info, nothing really new and then the later press release confirmed that four Norwegians were accounted for and nine unnacounted for still but we don't even know which is which, the one we're connected to is my future father in law and we havn't heard from him in over 24 hours now so we have no idea if he's accounted for or hostage/lost/worse. Fuck.

But Ixi, that requires technical know-how, computer skills that will be useful in life at general and seven kinds of internet voodoo. That's the word among us console-scrubs who just insert discs into our standard issue consoles, at least.

On a non-vent note: The MMO market is hard to get into, proven by the series of failures between the few good ones. Reckon it'd be viable to make an MMO ported for the consoles? You know, possibly with a speshul console keyboard, kinda like guitar hero has a separate controller. Micro-transactions would likely be a key to the idea, each platform would have separate severgroups to avoid unfair advantages etc.
