Watching a "dicussion" in a tv-show of last night or maybe before that of some dumb whore saying the new law that automatically makes children born to a lesbian couple (depending on how the child was conceived), the child of both women.

So... as some people may know, i'm in the royal navy, and have been for the last four years.

What many of that group may not of known is that in the next few weeks i'm leaving said armed service. snag is, with the olympics this year (of which i was part of the security effort) and my boats movements/refit program... and some rather insane duty's...

...i've been boned over.

I thought i left my boat on the 2nd of november and joined a shore side transit unit until the 30th while i sorted all my leaving material out.

no, not at all. i -leave- on the 2nd, and get payed up until the 30th. so in essence i have a week to organise medicals, dentals, leaving routines, clothing returns, ressetlement packages, reserve activities, education allowances...

What was already a very aggravating week just turned into a two week nightmare. =|

I am, I've had that happen to my iPod in the past. I was screaming and swearing loudly in the middle of the street when that happened. Absolutely lovely. Still, it has fucking pissed me off.
