I wouldn't say most, but there are a fair amount who don't. It isn't pleasant! If you think about all of these things though like, where people's hands have been before you touch something they've touched, you'll become paranoid. Best to try and be ignorant.

Also, as for the UV thing and men's bathroom. I try as often as I can to use as little of my hand at everything i touch till i washed my hands, and after that i will only touch the paper and nothing else!

No, it is not racist. Washing your hands usually involves chemicals. We are required to ensure that you do not believe you are good with chemicals. Bad stuff happens when Arabs think they're good with chemicals.
