[H / Blood Elf] 4th meeting of the 3trd Silvermoon Council. 14 August 2012 at 21:00 GMT+1

Sin'dorei,

In seven days the 4th meeting of the Silvermoon Council will be held. The location and time stay the same, nine bells in the evening in the Blood Knight Temple.

At the time of the writing of this notice, there is no agenda. Because of the lack of correspondence directed at the council, this meeting will serve as an opportunity to ask question, voice complaints and discuss issues. Note that no binding endorsements will be made those cases.

Previously discussed or mentioned, in earlier meetings:
- Exchanging of prisoners between horde factions. This is not a pressing issue and does not need to be solved anytime soon. A previous preference was the same deal with all horde races, however seperate treatise seem preferred at the moment. Preferences of controlling that other horde factions keep their promises in such a case have been voiced.
- Enquiry into the religious preferences of Thalassian citizens.
- A separate meeting for the organisations involved in the defense of Silvermoon.
