Calling all Silvermoon rp'ers

This should be required reading before anyone is allowed over the Quel'thalas borders.

I'd encourage all who rp as Sin'dorei or even rp within the fair city of Silvermoon to read it and take its contents into account when there. It explains an awful lot about just how you should act as Sin'dorei (based on what they have been through as a race in recent years) and also to those who visit of other races, just why they act as they do.
