Stormwind Community meeting? Doesn't we have one each week already?
No, this is Stormwind Community meeting, not Stormwind Council. It is a meeting to bring the active parties, guilds, organisations and Roleplayer in the Kingdom of Stormwind (Stormwind, Elwynn, Westfall, Redridge Mountains and Duskwood) area together. The goal with these meetings is to brief others of what is going on, share ideas, brainstorm, advertise RP and (if you feel no shame!) Guild Recruit.

This meeting is OOC, held Monday, 23th of July and it
starts at 20:00 Servertime and done in Raid Chat.
It will last 2-3 hours

(The pool did not include the Weekend because i am unable to attend Fri, Sat, Sun)

The meeting will go as following:

Guild Recap - What have happened during the months? Are there large changes within organisations, or new ones on the rise. Also a chance for shameless guild recruitment, if you got the guts for it!

Projects - What are the un-guilded parties, communities and organisations like General Magical Community, Kirin Tor, Religious people, Nobles doing? Is there large projects, meetings going, brewing or incoming?

Discussion - Is there something that doesn't already exist but what we'd like to organize, like a Masquerade, a Tournament, a Ball, Public Event or anything between sky and earth? If we do, how will we create it?

Rp Lottery - The willing (this is volunteer, and not force on anyone) Guilds and Organisations are paired together using d100. Those groups will find a new reason to be involved with each other. The groups may discuss how they will after the meeting.

((To speed up the meetings: Once started, avoid unnecessary talk, especially when someone else is writing about their guild/project/thing. Writing beforehand what you are going to say will also speed up the meeting))

If you can not attend, the transcript of the meeting will be posted afterwards in Minutes.
