Actually, that can be made with just a simple model edit.

Done stuff like that myself back in the day.

Or well, simple. Someone put effort into it after giving the screenshots a proper look, and didn't just texture change stuff. Regardless, it can be 'used ingame', although I wouldn't exactly recommend it.
