yesterday i wasnt allowed in some catholic church in italy because i was wearing shorts but i peeked inside and there were statues/pictures everywhere of some beardy dude on a cross wearing only a diaper, what gives???

lately I haven't been able to run properly, I just feel so lethargic, my legs feel like they're made of lead or something. I dunno if its the heat or what but the only time I felt like this was a year or so ago when I was anemic and I cant be anemic now because Ive been taking supplements every single day for the past forever now and I dont think it's the heat either tbh because I'm going running at night when it's not all that hot

I was so excited for this summer because I really wanted to get my 8km down to 35mins and I was making so much progress and got it down to 39mins and then bam this started happening and now I can barely even run 6km

and to top it all off my breath stinks and listerine isnt helping

ive only cycled in amsterdam when ive gone to the netherlands but the bicycle culture and facilities (?, like the lanes and shit) are really really good.
