Wow I didn't know they did that in the UK Chrystan ... that really really really sucks ... :s only thing I can say really is that I hope it works out for the better and I guess the only thing you can really do is be very understanding and reassuring towards your partner I suppose :/

I know that this is really daft and obvious, but I hate it when people who are nice/sympathetic/kind/well-intentioned/generous, what have you, are assumed to have ulterior motives and are treated suspiciously for it.

Would it be possible to talk to her actual DOCTOR, about this. Give him/her the tale you posted here, the concerns about what will happen when you go back to work etc? (Being from another nation where those health visitors would be some kind of advanced practice nurses, and would respect a document stating "No breastfeeding plz" from a doctor)

Downside, getting a doc to sign something tends to cost some.

It's her Rheumotology Consultant who won't give her the meds so she can breastfeed, because that is so important......

If any care trust doesn't get the required amount of people to breast feed then they lose some of the money they get from the government so they are absolutely obsessed with it and will do anything to make people do as they want.

Christ I'm tired of pugs, and specially in BGs. Our FCs have 100k health, we've had 0-2 healers in every single BG today (Even in AV) and the dps prefer to attack other DPSers that are being healed instead of going for their healers or CCing them. In Battle for Gilneas 8 of the people in our team decided to go afk at LH. And just to add something ontop of that, the Horde has had over 4+ healers in every single BG that I've done today (Yes I checked).
