Went to the hospital and got my wounds properly cleaned and stitched. I've been trying to sleep for the past 2 hours without luck, I've no painkillers or sleeping pills and the pain is just keeping me utterly awake. My mother gets most of my money! The rest goes on travel when I have to. \o/ My current job has run out of money due to a hard winter with buildings needing replaced, so I'm under minimum wage. I'm lucky if I have anything left for myself by the end of the week.

Been looking for a new job for months to no avail. "Experience required" and all that bullshit.

Here's to hoping I get that college placement, the course I applied for is extremely competitive ;_; I fear I'm not 'trendy' and 'cosmetic' enough to be picked out of the usual pretties that apply, as I've seen the people they take in.

Yeahh, I got barely any sleep last night, and I'm up and out early. The walk to the farm is a few miles uphill, complete with scottish weather. Plus, it's practically heavy labour all day. I look after the horses and stuff. We were mending fences today, one of our retarded ponies believes "The grass is always greener on the other side", so he bust up the fence to get into the next field.

It was sunny today later on though. Had a wee sit down in a field with the new foals! xD

I've been having really bad and weird heart/breathing problems for ages now and every single doctor I've visited says it's because I'm vegetarian blahblahblah and that ALLAH made animals to be eaten so I should just eat meat and I'll be fine again

What a load of BULLSHIT oh my god. Plenty of people are vegetarian and can exercise just fine BUT I finally gave in though yesterday because I had a really bad "episode" so I had a tiny bit of chicken ...

thats definitely bullshit, eating meat; especially red meat, will likely put further strain on your heart.

just make sure its all balanced, because somethings going wrong if you're having heart problems at your age (god that sounds so patronising), i came dangerously close to becoming anemic a month or so after i became a vegetarian as i was stupid and didn't iron into account at all when i shifted my diet. that shit's fine now though, as my flatmate's a vegan and eats even more strictly than i do, so he helped plan everything out for me.

just start eating more soy protein, green leafy vegetables, oats, wholegrains and olive oil! they're all very good for the heart, much better than chicken.. god..

I used to be anemic and I became even more so once I became vegan. It was only for about 6 months though (ended up stopping cause all the non-dairy alternatives are shipped from Europe and it's so freaking expensive) and I took supplements and recovered from it ages ago

One doctor was just like "ok well if you've mainly just been having these problems when you exercise then just stop exercising completely :D" wanted to punch her in the face. They're just grasping at straws and trying to come up with any reason why I haven't been feeling well I think pfff but it's so frustrating and patronizing, it makes you feel like a crazy hypochondriac

I love meat, meat is awesome, greens suck and i cannot chew them and such.

On the heart and breathing, it can easily just be stress, i've had fucked up breathing for years and years on end, visited so many doctors, no reason was found ever, so it was tracked back to stress.

And i've got something i think the doctor called a nervous heart (not sure)
But yeah, that's stress related too.

Note that it can be both physical and mental stress.
