Unless they directly antagonize gays, it's harder to ban it. You could probably sue the hell out of that though. I've seen similar cases since the 2010 changes to the anti-racism laws.

Homophobe = Irrational fear of homosexuals.

Freedom of Speech = The right to communicate one's ideas via speech. (often combined with the Freedom of expression, wich includes non-verbal ways).

Shealyssa by these rights is allowed to call us all homophobes, even if he's as wrong as a half angel - half dragon - half eredar gnome.

Hmm.. having checked out that article.. yes it is not a very nice article, it does not supprise me that you are offended shaelyssa but as is with the laws one cannot openly say such stuff but if its in a bill bored then it suddenly becomes ok?

I would not worry about it.. the advetising company that allowed this advetisement to be made id likley going to get its asses sueed by a lot of unhappy people.. you will also find that these busses are likley to be taking routs down the highly religious areas of london..
