I no longer play but I have a ton of painted Black Templar space marines, Sisters of Battle/Inquisition and a 'faith based' Sigmarite empire army (warrior priests, flagellants and mordheim witch-hunters & mordheim sisters of Sigmar).

I have many times, at the pub, with strangers, discussed gaming and yes. The act of playng WoW.

Most are highly sympatic on the fact that if you only have ~20 euro left after living costs a month an MMORPG where you can have fun every day, instead of saving up to have fun one night every three months. They generally think it's smart and a good choise. Strange, but smart =P

I only really play wow (and now LoL), dont really like video games much in general I tend to get bored of them very quickly but when I do decide to go to the video game store it HAS to be way early in the morning at 10am to make sure I dont see anybody else there

Considering most people play games, including World of WarCraft, it's sillier to not admit to it. You don't have to bring it up all the time in everyday conversation, but there's no reason to deny you play it if someone asks, or to like... hide games when people come around (or go to video game stores in the morning in a disguise like Shae does). Frankly that strikes me as incredibly immature.

Just be yourself.

In all seriousness though, it might be fine where you live in your lollipop rainbow land but it isn't everywhere else!!!! A few kids lower down in the school get bullied for being "geeks".

The main reason I don't want people knowing I play WoW though is cause I don't want to be pulled into their weird video game cult >.> there's a group of people at my school who love video games and they're like socially retarded.

At one point I didn't care, then I became deadly scared of anyone finding out and now I'm sort of indifferent but it's not the fact that I play WoW that I want to stop people knowing I play WoW :p.

bullying happens everywhere, but ignoring kids that are being bullied, and going round them in a wide angle won't help anything. heck, I believe that's even helping the bullies. It tells them they can do anything they bloody want.

everybody plays video games of course. one of my best friends just sits around playing fifa on his ps3 all day. nobody I know cares if you play video games or not and I couldnt care less if they did anyways. it's just wow specifically that's the issue and that's my prerogative and none of your business. It's because WoW is an mmorpg with ... other people playing it too and if people knew I played wow, they'd want to play with me and I can't have people knowing I play on db or play wow at all because they'd then find out I'm a blatant super gay lol. That I do care about people finding out. Some of my friends do know but I can't have the entire school knowing or else I'd get expelled or something. Although I think most people have their suspicions since I pretty much fire up at every mention of LGBT rights ... and the fact that I'm simply and utterly fabulous in everything single thing I do - tihi
