Ezlbag was just very pleasant to everybody he meet, he tried to fine somebody but they refused to go to the command-centre and pick up their money.
He also tried his best to defuse a violent situation and have everybody talk it out before his throat was ripped out by a worgen, of course he didn't feel any hatred towards the worgen, she probally had a bad childhood...

I'm enjoying the event, and I'm sure everyone else participating, is too. It's nice that it's just for a single day tho, we wouldn't want this stuff every single day.
