I sent a ticket about their website wich requires payment for various "services"... Sadly I wasen't online to talk to the GM, but this is the response I got:

The guild are not doing anything out of the Ordinary, quite a few of the best guilds in the world have membership charges involved.

Saali, I would change "Troll" to "Scam" in this matter. Aslong as the Paypal account is up and running to actually accept money it falls into the second cathegory. While some might just say it's trolling, the difference is that due to the money involved it falls very much somewhere severely illegal in most countries.
Quite sure Paypal could ban the user, or atleast close the account for having it on a troll/joke site aswell.

The reason I can tell it's a fake, is because they cannot say the 'best' guilds, but 'top' guilds, just like they can't determine what character is your main and which is an alt; plus if Blizzard allows people outside the company to make money off their game, its against their own policy, a policy they care about the most.

I have not been around that much, but someone mentioned Goons having calmed down yesterday in RPhorde, is this true or is it just me hoping?

I don't even notice them anymore at Horde.

Now, about them "calming down".. I've also been told trade was a bit quieter, as well as I didn't notice anything in #rphorde. On the other hand, they also worked out they had messed up with permissions in their forums, so they locked guests out, to not see what goes in there.

My guess atm is "keep your heads down, let them be reassured a bit" came flying around. I am not really hoping they somehow "changed" within a night.

Oooor they just got bored as they didn't got the amount of responces they would have liked....but to also add something negativity...perhaps they are now planning to annoy us in a different way.

Anyway uptill now I think people are stressing out for nothing. We had worse in on this realm. We can handle it.

I totaly agree, unfortunatly for those who belive they have calmed down, they have not. They are waiting for the shitstorm to pass for us to get comfortable with them doing nothing so they can explode like a freaking volcano on us just when we have our guard down, experience from Sporregar says exactly that, these guys are not here to make friends, be a respected guild they are here to be the new 'bad' boys in town, my advice is to get all the thoughs about them going good, calm, behaving out of your heads because the moment you start thinking that the bigger the chance you are caught off guard when the real stuff begins, and it will be soon, very soon. Do -not- fall into a false sense of security ladies and gents, thats the worse thing we can do right now.

In short: Just bloody gank them.

I've never frankly seen them wandering around at all. Sadface.
