Guys, I just heard some news. And let's all hope it's true.

I talked to some ex-guildies of mine from my Spore days, and they had a very revealing opinion on the matter. According to them, Goon Squad has officially proclaimed that they are transferring from Spore and onto DB 'next week thursday'. Now, all mass-click your calendar programmes to take a look at when that is... Ahh, yes!

It could all be nothing more than a joke, see? I wouldn't put it past them.
However, I still think we need to be prepared, just in case it is -not- a joke.

If you look on the Goon's forum, they have a rather large amount of threads regarding the transfer. Polls on which one to go to, etc, etc. I just really doubt they'd plan all that out for April's fools....

Their "official transfer date" was 28-29/3.

Also to keep in mind they already have a list of goon members on DB now.

There were 22 of them online earlier today, with a good chunk of them being lvl 80.
I'd like to think it's a joke, but I doubt it :/

Basicly what I mean is don't give them what they want. Don't go cry about their actions. Don't try to go into a discussion with them. Just be yourself. Play as you always do and grease in your back to make it extra slick. Don't let them agrivate you that's exacly what they want. Shrug your shoulders and move on. Don't feed them and they will starve of boredome soon enough. Of course you can not always stop them and maybe you have to move locations now and then. But as long as you don't let them get to you they will have failed.

ps. I am to tired to make a good sounding post about this. I hope I got my point across anyways.

Reading their thread gave me a funny idea. If no one else already thought of it. Make alts with their current names on sporregar. That would at least annoy them a little XD

Their goal is rather known, is it not? I also heard only people they personally know may join the guild.

As far as I know the whole "pay to join" thing is a myth started by the goons, but fact of the matter is that you apparently dont even have to be registerd at somethingawful to be able to join up with Goon squad, at least now this one.

And has it not been stated somewhere in this thread that the Goon squad comming here is not genuine deal anyways.

And its not like 20 bucks is a big deal for anyone.
