Pinned on walls and boards throughout the city hangs the following poster

The above poster explains most of it.
If you want to donate something to the needy working families, come to Miner's Street (The mining trainer in DD): The Office of Don Zinkle Figgins.
We advice everyone to contact us through a whisper before visiting Miner's Street (/who Forlorn Cartel). Most Cartel members will know of this event, and the non-wanted will probably take donations for storage ICly.

ICly, this event is hard to tie to the criminals and criminal organization of the Dwarven District. Although Zinkle might not be the 'cleanest' entrepreneur, he isn't a criminal either.
