Gang are an italian combat rock, Clash-ish band active since the 80's. They've been invited to the 1 May's Concert organized by the major trade unions, but only after they promised to keep quiet and play certain songs only. At the beginning of their set, without notice, they made a speech about the need of a general strike and started playing Socialdemocrazia, a song which strongly criticized the current government. Needless to say, it has been their last TV performance since then.

listening to autechre is a rewarding discipline, once you break through the initial barriers and discover each album its paradise. havent listened to them in a while though, time to go back and ravage their discography

haha, no way. I've loved Autechre for some time, even though I'm an IDM noob (Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, the list could go on...) but while their music is abrasive, at least compared to BoC and that sort of ambient IDM, I was nicely disposed towards them due to my love for power electronics and that vein of electronic music. Autechre is kinda tame in comparison, but still amazing. My favourite work is the EP I linked a track from: Gantz Graf
