Ya I know Over The Wall, but I'd say they're more folk than indie, honestly but what do I know heh. They're still a nice band though heh, they remind me a little bit of Sufjan Stevens, another great folk singer.

Well, that's your opinion. I've been listening to them for aslong as I can remember. Iron Maiden has been around since 1975 and Metallica since 1981. So they've come a long way. It really depends on your own music taste, I love the music and I'll keep listening to it, you don't like it, you don't have to listen to it, and Im perfectly fine with someone not liking a band. Though, it depends on their reason, tbh. If it's just "I DUN LIKE IT CUZ ITS JUST SCREAMING" then it's just like /facepalm. People who judge a band without even listening and/or reading the lyrics are just prejudiced.
