Problem with base

Today Kul Tiras guild encountered a problem. A man called Maldur claims our ship, the first ship on the right of ship going to Darnassus in SW, on which we are doing RP from the start of the guild. He claims he has papers.
What should we do?

Hereby I declare the ship the property of Kul Tiras. Amen.

My suggestion would be to whisper Maldur and have a talk with him OOC. If he also has a guild or group that wants to use the ship, maybe you could arrange to use it on different days or something.

Use the ones out one sea above the underwater zone, or if you desperately need to be around the Stormwind area, just talk to him and try to set up some deal where either you pretend your actually on different ships or do different days like Annie said.

We Hordies tend to share the one ship outside of Orgrimmar. We don't overuse it so that others can't have a go. I've seen a fair few playing about on it, and none of us have had a problem.

The only problem I foresee would be greed. Some people just refuse to share, no matter how little they use a place.

Yeah I encountered this in SW with the proudmoore. Normally went sailing for the week and when we came back the other guild had folded.

PM sent; I would advise people to avoid this character in general if they have any issues with, shall we say, sexual abuse in RP, can elaborate if needed, but, yeah... :/

Aren't there a few ships in Stormwind harbour? I know one has NPC's on, but one guild could just use that one and pretend the NPC's are crew, or bystanders observing the scenery

Kul Tiras? Ehm, wrong city Nation darling.

Theramore isn't Kul Tiras, perhaps a sort of alligieance, but their ships are their ships.

But that might just be me?

The bold text is where I see the problems. Claiming and ours, one cannot claim Blizzard property, one can however use it. I suggest speaking with the person, and if he appears unreasonable/lulzworthy to ignore him and what he says about it.

I agree. Nobody can really "claim" something belongs to them and only. Not a ship, barn, inn or the lone house in outskirts. Not even the blades considering how much we use the Pig & Whistle. But doing what Geldar suggested sounds like a good plan.

I didn't mean to "claim" anything, I use that phrase as a metaphor.
He wasn;t playing with guild, I suppose (I didn;t check the guild of Telaira who was with him), but he was roleplaying domination over her.
If any guild would like to share the ship, we can talk and so on.
