The Vanguard - Banner competiton.

As some people may have already known, i'm opening a competition to design a Banner (flag, not a forum/website banner) for the 10th Legion - The Vanguard.

Its fairly straight forward, the competition will be judged by three expert judges marking each flag out of ten... the best one wins. The Winning designer wins 5000 gold coins in game. its that simple, the competion begins today and ends on February 1st.

Requirements? the sky is the limit, i ask only that the flag have a relevent alliance symbol on it, as well as an 'X' for the roman numeral of 'Ten' to mark specific legion.

Colour schemes, symbols, shapes, sizes and styles are down to -you-! i should however note that judges will be marking the banners based on a wide variety of things!

Just a quick question. Are entries required to be drawn or can we just copy and paste some relivent stuff from the internet o.o if so I shall take a crack at it as I can be quite creative when let loose

if your only taking pictures from the internet without editing, changing or actually putting in any work to -create- something. no, it wont be accepted.

What I ment was take a pic from the net or several and edit the and posion not take it fuly from the internet, Such as say I google a pic of a lion edit it to the point i remove the lions body and put the head in the banner and add something else such as that.

heh, i just realised that too. Anyway...

If either of the ones are disliked because of the colour, remember that it can be easily changed. Choose it for the fact of how it looks, not the colours!

Given the first two were crests I didn't think it's be an issue but if needed I can easily pop it on a flag. Colours also easy to swap about.
