Which date should the meeting be?

In an effort to find a suitable replacement for Sir Aleric Dylain, Minister for Defence, the Council has decided to trial both applicants for the post simultaneously.
Corporal Sador Steelmane and Sir Gothric Ironfist intend to meet with the leaders and officers of those forces which play a role in the defence of the Kingdom. Hoping to promote comradery and cooperation between the different units as well as familiarise themselves with the resources available to their office.
With this in mind we’d like to arrange an IC and OOC meeting sometime after New Year. Hopefully I’ll still be in no fit state to type Monday evening, Tuesday is the Council meeting, and Thursday is the Enquiry into the cultist burnings. With these evenings struck off we’d like officers of guilds involved in Stormwind’s Defence, regulars and mercenaries to vote for which evening they’d prefer as well as posting below to tell us which guild they represent.
20:00 Wednesday 4th, Friday 6th, or Sunday 8th.
Vote for every evening which suits you.
Voting will close at Midnight on the 1st of January.

I've done my best to compile a list of guilds (and the Vanguard) I think might be interested in this meeting. Some of them are questionable with concepts based around foreign nations for example. All are welcome to attend the meeting. Please feel free to suggest any guilds I've missed or tell me if any of the guilds are inactive or disbanded. Thanks.

Any of these days is fine for me, but not at 2000. I should be able to do 2000 on the Sunday, but not the other days.

I compiled a list from the Registry section of the forums based upon obvious Stormwind concepts and a few other human organisations I've seen RPing in Stormwind. I didn't really want to presume the Three Hammers were part of Stormwind's Defence. I considered inviting external Alliance representatives as they do ultimately contribute to the safety of the Kingdom but I overlooked some of them when I made the list.

Was thinking more on that Ironforge and Stormwind are connected after all with the tram 
So the defence of one city, effects the other one.

Not really, considering everytime Stormwind is threatened some crazy short folk try and either block it, blow it up or flood it. D0rfs, i think their called.
As for the Vanguard, i'l be present myself and will be arranging the organisations first gathering for the week after.

The Lordaeron Alliance may attend, but we have no real reason for having a say in Stormwinds defense other then they are our allies.

Due to unforseen circumstances New Years is going on for a lot longer than intended. I'll finalise stuff when I get home tomorrow night.

It would need to be around 2200 for me. As most senior Disciples have been away recently, I couldn't guarantee that a senior Disciple would be able to attend at 2000.

Shouldn't last too long I don't think. The main focus is on allowing Sador and Gothric to meet various people. We don't intend to solve any issues or hammer out a plan in one evening but this way we can start thinking about any issues and be ready when our trial period is over.
