After having prospered through nearly a century as contributors, investors and entrepreneurs in the Gilnean private sector, the Silverstead Company has now been narrowed down to just that of a select few surviving members after being afoul with a malicious, mutual conflict that wrested and shook its very foundation.
And without being granted as much as a small interval between the dismal events to alleviate their declining state and to recuperate from it; the coming curse epidemic followed by the devastating cataclysm and the forsaken invasion it brought with it in its wake, only served to tilt what had already become downward slope into a pernicious precipice leading into a dark abyss.

Among those last few surviving members stands now the new head of the family - a young Gilnean woman - who has - using her remaining inheritance - chosen to undertake the ordeal of re-establishing the company under a new regime in a vast brave new kingdom.

Prefering trade and Communication for brief visits in the Capital to preserve the tranquility of study within the keep.
