Maybe avoid stretching them to far and possibly push out her lower lip a little.
And if she`s a bit chubby possibly show that around her neck and arms aswell, since they look quite thin compared to her face.
Maybe give her like sausage fingers to just pull the point across >.>

yeah I been practicing for a while and monrena is supposed to be slightly "chubby" anyway and yes I was wondering how i could solve her lips issue as she is supposed to have quite pouty lips

The jaw line starts in front of the ears, not behind them. That's your biggest problem with the cheeks... or rather, the jaw.

Just reach up to your ear, then feel down, and run your hands along that bone. That's where the jawline starts.
