It was quite the night actually...

Blue Recluse opened under new management.
Deli gets in all excited... Finds out they won't allow magic use. Rage #1
Then... They refuse to serve her worgen friend! Rage #2!

Deli goes on a rampage through stormwind, aggrivating all kinds of people, causing quite the ruckus... Even luring the regiment in with a clever ruse. (read: Threatening to torch the place)

By the end of the night worgen are allowed, magic is permitted within reasonable restraints, and deli got a job enforcing the rules of magic.

If there is violence involved there will especially be a lot of runes being charged and a lot of people peacefully halted with runes of holding.

If that doesn't work... Plan B.

Dunno. Not my guild. I have never seen the RHS actually use the recluse. The guild is meant to have "underground activities" which should serve RHS's needs of the recluse just fine.
