In the netherlands, i'm allowed to kill most pests, except birds, since most birds are protected animals, if they're on my lawn.

but yes, the best way to go at it, is to go to the owner and say, hey can you prevent your cat from coming in my garden, its annoying the fuck out of me because this and that.

and you can either get the answer "yes" and they do so

"No fuck off, don't tell me how to handle my animals' and they don't and you're fucked.

or "yeah sure" while they don't because fuck you they're my animals and i'll decide how to keep them. and you're fucked.

people tend to not be rational when you're asking them to -not- do something. how reasonable it might be.

My neighbours only excuse it that he despises anything living. My cats don't soil the neighbours gardens. They come home and use the litter tray, as they were trained to do. He's just a bad tempered old bastard who wants to ruin things for everyone around him. \o/ He tried shooting the BIRDS with an air rifle. The fuck is wrong with people like that? >.>

The problem I've encountered is the creeps that do it outside of their own garden.

Shooting at sparrows and finches? That's just sick.

He wasnt even aiming for any bird at all, it just flew in the way of the ball, it didnt die and carried on flying.

Well we all know what happened when the last bird was shot in the netherlands...

We have a cat in our neighbourhood called Smokey, and he just walks into our house every so often. Is so cute! We all love him

One of my cats used to get fed by the lady next door. x) He was called Chunky, he got so fat! She was nice.

Fat animals- not good When i see someone with a fat dog or just a fat animal in general or underfed! i want to shoot the person.

There are so many stray cats in my new neighbourhood ... it's crazy.
