Paladin... Thing.
So I was thinking of giving a Hooman Paladin a bash, but I don't know much about them! So I thought I might try RPing her as a trainee type of thing. I don't know what you would call them. We call them unnatural bastards Horde side. Ahem. Anyway, I'd like to take the training approach as then I could learn a thing or two OOC as well! But I would require a person/guild to take her on. And I know very little of you Alliance people. :> The Cartel is as far as my knowledge has spanned so far. Oh, and guys in dresses. You know who you are.
So if anyone could help me out and point me in the right direction, I'd very much appreciate it. :> Fankoo!

Well I am sure it would be either an apprentice or a squire. Depending on what you are after I would suggest Disciples of Light if you are looking for a "mainstream" (if there is such a thing, perhaps a poor choise of words) Paladin or potentially a squirehood under Sir Mathaias Hayes in House Mistmantle if you are looking for a slightly diffrent (zealot-ish) touch to it. Both would obviously have a similar base training anyhow, it's whatever fits your character .

I always play the bad guy! So I think playing the good guy would be a new thing for me. I haven't actually made her yet, I just have the character slot placement for her ready. Getting all the bits and pieces together before I start. Although being a bad guy is so damned good.

Greagoir would take you on as a squire, if you're willing to wear a dress. He's a bit of a zealot though.

Well it's not exactly being bad either case, it's just a diffrent moral code that can be said to be questionable. Any paladin would believe he/she is doing the right thing, meaning she wouldnt be a shadow using fel-paladin of doom that wanted to take over the world either case.

The Legacy of Dawn is an order of knights dedicated to each other and the restoration of Lordaeron. The guild plays on the themes of brotherhood and the virtues of being a knight.

If you want some food for thought, take a look at our website.
www.disciplesoflight.eu
The traditional role of a paladin is that of a Knight, but not all knights are paladins. The first choice you need to make when choosing a guild is just how you view your connection to the Light. If following the Three Virtues of the Holy Light is central to who you are, you will probably prefer one of the Holy Orders, such as the Disciples of Light, Holy Lightbringers, Chapter of Holy Anethion, Shining Strand, Lordaeron Alliance, Divine Knighthood, etc.. On the other hand, if you are a Knight first and foremost, and your ability to use the Light is only secondary, you might find a noble house such as House Mistmantle or the Dieudonne Seal would suit you better.

We do to an extent. Though each virtue can be found in the Nine Steps of Ascension (albeit warped) we believe that the Virtues are impractical for the average man.

Looking for a Knight/Paladin are ya'? I have someone I could reccomend to you, but of course as said above, the more traiditional have been mentioned. Stilll as far as it goes, most of those being about will surely take someone under their wing. It's more often as not someone is actually looking FOR a squire, not looking to be one. ^^ Still, totally understand the bad guy concept thou. Bad means more fun for me, it's still possible to be good, but bad. If that makes any sense.

Or just go Blood Knight. Nice people, not too nice ways of handling crime.

Tried Blood Knight. I can't stand all the lol'ers when I'm trying to do my Knightly duties. I gave up on that.

Then you can be my little pet paladin, and we can eat jelly and ice cream and stab everyone with fire.
