The Royal Library

Posters have been published in each district of Stormwind:

"Dear Citizen of Stormwind,

The Royal Library is as always open to the public, to come buy or lend books. We also humbly accepts any new books, should there be authors out there that wish to share their work with the city. We can also offer aid in printing a book, should anyone have material for one, but not the means to print it. In the library you may also find the Minister of Culture, Julia, ready to aid with anything regarding the library; or if you have anything you wish to speak to her regarding her Minister post.

Warmly welcome to come visit us in the Keep of Stormwind. We offer our guests coffee and cookies at their visit!

Julia can always be found in the library lately, when she is not at a Council meeting. If you go by the library and wish to speak to her and I'm not online, feel free to check if I'm on any of my other characters and prod me (my character list can be found in my signature here).
