any folk here know the name of those cheap fakeish ice cream cone sweets? They have the actual cone of an ice cream cone, but instead of ice cream its sort of a marshmallowy thing.

True that. Same with the case against Galileo - it wasn't the fact that he proposed the earth revolving around the sun that got him hauled off, it was all his insults of the Pope at the time. But eh, popular history tends to get mixed up -- legend, truth and rumour all blend together.

Really, where did you read that? not saying it can't be true just haven't read that theory. I know Galileo was a rather blunt debater but then again a lot of people are and you step on more then a few toes that way, but from what I remember is that pope urban used to be Galileo's friend when he was still a cardinal.

However all that withstanding You can't claim though that Heliocentrism and Copernicism wasn't a hotly debated issue at the time, and neither that not following the "will of the church" could lead to the banning of your scientific theories, how truthful they might have been.

The Church didn't like you? well then you're excommunicated, your thesis is outlawed, your books are banned and your name is mauled through the dirt. Why the church didn't like you really is besides the point then.

I like the layout, and so far I haven't run across any bugs. And, there is an addon (don't use it (yet))that let's you see your facebook stream in Google+ if you use crome or Firefox.
