I never actually -talked- about starting a wiccan. I used them as an example of, 'could there be'.

Meh not really important, I just thought that my char is good cos he is in Argent Dawn/mine is bad cos she is a warlock is fundementally wrong. Good people get messed up in bad stuff, bad people get into forces of good. I never like the idea that an organisation makes your char good or bad.

It seemed to suggest it reading your post but if it wasnt what you intended, no bother .

Wicca's a real-life new-agey spiritual belief system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicca try not to eyeroll too much ) and bringing that sort of terminology into a fantasy setting is just going to lead to drama eventually. Using it as shorthand for 'non evil witches' it a bit like using I dunno 'evangelistic pentecostals' as shorthand for Chapterians in terms of accuracy.

Just think we should keep real life spiritual terms however fringe/strange/odd out of it.

@Anaei Just to clarify. When I mentioned wicca, I was just asking if that's what you meant when you said wicken. I did not make a comparisson between wicca and the witches.

And I agree with Kittrina. While being inspired from real world beliefs and philosophies it well (and unavoidable in a sense), it should not be copy pasta'd. Let your creativity take an idea and turn it into something completely else!

This week there is a cultist campaign going on in Duskwood. I'll be there on my witch to try and get myself involved in all sorts of wicked things, time permitting.
