Not quite completely back, per se. I mentioned getting internet at the lake house (where I'm currently staying) to my parents (who own the place), and to be honest I got the impression, after being vehemently told no high-speed, that if I were to tell them Windows 7 has been released, they'd accuse me of being a witch and try to set me on fire.

So it might be a little while before I'm fully active again.

What I meant is that the place where I'm staying is very, very isolated/remote. Cell phones barely work, not many people have new computers. I went to the bank and I tried to get something called a "check card" when I opened my new bank account. They thought I was crazy until I pulled out my old, American bank card and showed them what I meant. They'd never heard of it.

The technology around these parts is a wee bit below what I was used to, even the small things.
