Oh It's hard to catch everybody in-game, more people visit the forums ^^
However I'm looking to restore Old Town criminal RP, with either my character joining the Old Town Syndicate, or continuing my work for the Forlorn, either way I'd like to restore the notorious reputation of Old Town!

I belive you'r reffering to the Dwarven District, at least on this server the area of Old Town has never had any reputation for it's criminal activity.
However I do see the bennefits since Cata to have that hub of underground rp moved there from the new Orange County of DD.

Try conntacting either Zinkle or Ledgic, being the represantive Guild Master of Forlorn Cartel and Old Town Syndicate, and I'd even warmer suggest you use the in-game post.
